No Liability for Purchases: The Vertical Wallpaper is not responsible for any mistaken, unintended, or unauthorized purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge that any fees charged are your responsibility. We will not be held liable for any payments made to third-party platforms, including app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the App for any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, its servers, or networks.
Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the App or any related systems or data.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available within The Vertical Wallpaper, including wallpapers, designs, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of The Vertical Wallpaper or licensed to us by third parties. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the suitability or availability of wallpapers or other content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vertical Wallpaper and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, any in-app purchases, or third-party services accessed through the App.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Inaccurate billing or charges made by third-party platforms (app stores).
In no event shall the total liability of The Vertical Wallpaper exceed the amount paid by you for any Paid Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your app store account settings. However, all payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, follow the instructions provided by your app store provider (Google Play, Apple App Store). If you have issues with cancellations or billing, please contact your app store directly.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where you reside. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.
